Empire State Building

The Empire State Building is a 102-story Art Deco skyscraper in New York City at the intersection of Fifth Avenue and West 34th Street. The Empire State Building has one of the most popular outdoor observatories in the world, having been visited by over 110 million people. The 86th-floor observation deck offers impressive 360-degree views of the city. Open daily 365 days a year. 8:00am to 2:00am 7 days a week. Last elevators go up at 1:15am.

Ellis Island

Ellis Island, at the mouth of the Hudson River in New York Harbor, is the location of what was at one time the main entry facility for immigrants entering the United States. The main building was restored after 30 years of abandonment and opened as a museum. There is no entrance fee to enter the Statue of Liberty or Ellis Island. National Park Passes only apply to entrance fees. Ferry fees: $12.00 - ages 13+. $10.00 - Senior Citizens (62 and over. $5.00 - Children 4 - 12. 

Statue of Liberty

Located on a 12 acre island, the Statue of Liberty Enlightening the World was a gift of friendship from the people of France to the people of the United States and is a universal symbol of freedom and democracy. The Statue of Liberty was dedicated on October 28, 1886, designated as a National Monument in 1924 and restored for her centennial on July 4, 1986. There is no entrance fee to enter the Statue of Liberty or Ellis Island. National Park Passes only apply to entrance fees. Ferry fees: $12.00 - ages 13+. $10.00 - Senior Citizens (62 and over. $5.00 - Children 4 - 12. 

Central Park

Central Park is a large public, urban park in Manhattan (New York City). With about twenty-five million visitors annually and its appearance in many movies and television shows has made it famous. While much of the park looks natural, it is in fact almost entirely landscaped. It contains several natural-looking lakes and ponds, extensive walking tracks, two ice-skating rinks, the Central Park Zoo, the Central Park Conservatory Garden, a wildlife sanctuary, a large area of natural woods, a 106-acre billion gallon reservoir with an encircling running track, and an outdoor amphitheater called the Delacorte Theater

Rockefeller Center

Rockefeller Center is a complex of 19 commercial buildings covering 22 acres between 48th and 51st Streets in New York City. Built by the Rockefeller family, it is located in the center of Midtown Manhattan, spanning between Fifth Avenue and Seventh Avenue. It was declared a National Historic Landmark in 1987. Buildings inlcude; Radio City Music Hall, One Rockefeller Plaza, and 10 Rockefeller Plaza home of the Today Show.

Times Square

Times Square is a major intersection in Manhattan, New York City at the junction of Broadway and Seventh Avenue and stretching from West 42nd to West 47th Streets. The Times Square neighborhood, notably its busiest intersection, has been featured countless times in literature, on television, in films, in music videos and recently in video games. Times Square currently serves as the primary shooting location for ABC's Good Morning America and MTV's Total Request Live which have studios facing the square. The annual Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve along with other New Years Eve celebrations is filmed at multiple locations around the square.

The Bronx Zoo

The Bronx Zoo is a world-famous zoo located within the Bronx Park, in the Bronx borough of New York City. The largest metropolitan zoo in the United States, the Bronx Zoo comprises 265 acres of parklands and naturalistic habitats, through which the Bronx River flows. The Bronx Zoo is south of the New York Botanical Garden.

New York Botanical Garden

The New York Botanical Garden also known as The NYBG is a prestigious botanical garden in New York City. One of the premier botanical gardens in the United States, it spans some 250 acres of Bronx Park in the borough of The Bronx and is home to some of the world's leading plant laboratories.
