| Review:
Writers Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg have created a male-centric, coming-of-age masterpiece. First they found two actors who could give justice to a pair of co-dependent, adolescent pals. Chosen were Jonah Hill to play Seth and Michael Cera as Evan. Together with pal, Fogall (Christopher Mintz-Plasse), A.K.A. McLoven, the three manage to turn a single night’s party adventure into a life changing experience.
Director Greg Mottola manages to create a hilarious string of events that leaves little down time for the audience to gear down. One antic after another easily fills up the 114 minute running time. Be prepared for a hilarious romp through male adolescence, including fake ID’s, booze, sex and camaraderie.
