Review: Frog-King Harold (John
Cleese) falls gravely ill and it looks like Shrek will be the next
king of Far-Far Away. But wait, there’s another option. Yes,
young king-to-be Arthur, Artie to his school chums, might just be
in direct line for the throne. But can Shrek (Mike Myers), Puss (Antonio
Banderas) and Donkey (Eddie Murphy) find him in time to be crowned
before Prince Charming and his band of “baddies” take
over the kingdom?
Left alone, holding the fort, are Fiona (Cameron Diaz), Queen
Lillian (Julie Andrews) and such fairytale notables as Sleeping
Beauty and Snow White. Yes, the ladies are in charge and things
get pretty ugly as they battle Charming and his evil army.
Can Shriek get back to The Swamp and live a “normal”
life? Will Prince Charming get what’s coming to him? What
does the Gingerbread Man find so upsetting?
Are ogre babies really cute? Go and find out for yourself. They'll
be no spoilers here.
